Rosendahl has developed Extrusion equipment for the production of low voltage products utilizing the Dry- and Liquid Silane Extrusion Technology. The silane crosslinking makes it possible to cure polymers in a non polluting and energy saving way. With crosslinking of PE the heat and the abrasion resistance is increased to a higher level and the thermoplastic resin gets elastomeric behaviour.
To design the line configuration and to achieve an economic production, it is essential to clarify the requirements as well as the market relevant details with the customer. Several aspects like for example raw material cost and availability, safety and product standard have to be considered.
